Shop Local Otero is a community-focused business directory operated by Medlin+ LLC to promote local businesses in Otero County.

2. User Accounts

Business accounts are required to manage listings, submit deals, and request upgrades. Users are responsible for maintaining accurate account information.

3. Listings & Content Responsibility

Businesses are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and authenticity of their listings, events, and deals.

4. Free and Paid Listings

Free listings are available at no cost. Paid listing upgrades provide additional features and visibility. Upgrade billing is currently handled manually.

5. Billing & Refunds

Billing terms are confirmed prior to payment. Refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

6. Platform Availability

The platform is provided “as is” without guarantees of uninterrupted service.

7. Acceptable Use

Misuse, fraudulent activity, or harmful behavior may result in account suspension or removal.

8. Intellectual Property

Platform branding and original content are owned by Medlin+ LLC. Businesses retain rights to their own submitted content.

9. Limitation of Liability

Shop Local Otero is not responsible for disputes, losses, or damages arising from business promotions.

10. Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated periodically. Continued use indicates acceptance.
